  • Follow up on outstanding items, changes, and important trip information
  • Use online platforms and established systems to manage client requests
  • Keep accurate records and make sure important details are not overlooked
  • Help clients stay informed and organized as their departure date approaches

What We're Looking For

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with clients and providing helpful support
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Comfortable using email, online tools, and computer-based systems
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Interest in weddings, hospitality, destinations, or planning is a plus

What We Provide

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Training and guidance to help you learn the role
  • Ongoing support and access to established tools and resources
  • Opportunity to build skills in planning, organization, research, and client service

If you enjoy planning special experiences, staying on top of the details, and helping people prepare for an important milestone, we'd love to hear from you.
